Radhi Devlukia on a “A Really Good Cry”

Radhi’s latest venture is her podcast, “A Really Good Cry,” where she dives into the importance of vulnerability and emotional release. From a young age, Radhi felt the need to be the fixer in her family, always keeping things light and happy. This role, however, made it difficult for her to express her own emotions, particularly sadness. As she grew older, she realized that storing these emotions was unhealthy and began to embrace the power of a good cry. Now, she finds herself crying at least once or twice a week, which has made a significant difference in her emotional well-being. Radhi’s podcast, “A Really Good Cry,” features conversations with celebrities, scientists, and experts, all aimed at helping others find comfort in their own vulnerability.

Beyond the Mic with Sean Dillon is the conversation series where actors, artists, authors, and more go deeper than a traditional interview. They go “Beyond the Mic”.
