“The Brand” debuts May 24 on Big 12 Now on ESPN+

LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech fans will get an inside look into Joey McGuire’s first spring slate as head coach of the Red Raiders through a four-part documentary series dubbed “The Brand,” which will debut in one week, Tuesday, May 24 at 7 p.m., via Big 12 Now on ESPN+.

Texas Tech will release new episodes of the series at 7 p.m. each Tuesday evening following the debut on May 24, giving fans an exclusive look inside spring drills with more than 30 interviews, including McGuire’s entire coaching staff as well as top returners on both sides of the ball.

McGuire and his staff were mic’d throughout spring ball with portions of never-before-seen content set to air as part of each 20-minute episode. The series will provide a detailed look into both the Red Raider offense and defense under new coordinators Zach Kittley and Tim DeRuyter leading into the annual Spring Game a few weeks ago.

The premier episode, meanwhile, concentrates on the first few days of spring practices as well as the series title, “The Brand,” which is McGuire’s mantra for what the Red Raiders will look like under his leadership – “the toughest, hardest-working, most-competitive team in the country.”

In addition to Big 12 Now on ESPN+, the series can also be found via the football program’s official Facebook page as well as Texas Tech’s official YouTube channel and website,
